We look forward to welcoming the new Early Learning Class pupils for their visit today.  AM 9.30-10.30. PM 1.30-2.30.

We also look forward to welcoming our returners back to the Early Learning Classes and our new P1 pupils tomorrow. It is always a very exciting time of the year.

Farewell to Mrs Webb

This afternoon, the children and staff sang farewell to Mrs Webb in a musical tribute to her time at Fernielea.  We sang some of her favourite songs to show our appreciation to her for all the hard work she did to ensure that Fernielea became a fantastic school.

Thank you so much to the Parent Council members who came to support us and serve the children at the garden party afterwards.

More photos to follow.

Football Awards Night 2017

Tonight we celebrated the successes and strengths of our football teams.  The coaches and children have worked hard all year to represent the school in a fair and responsible manner.

We thanks the coaches, Kev, Paul and Matthew for all their hard work over the last season.  They have secured a new kit for the teams, a container to store their equipment and they have managed to get football from P3 all the way through to P7.

The awards were attended by over 50 people.  This is a marked difference to last year with less than 20.  The support for the football teams is overwhelming.

Here are some photos from the awards.
A huge turnout!
