Today 4 pupils accompanied Mrs Walker and Mrs Torrens to a tea party at The Town House to celebrate our involvement in The Silver City Surfers project last year. We shared how the project had given us the confidence to move on to work with other groups within our community.
Our pupils were absolutely marvellous and the made us so proud. They showed confidence when presenting and chatted politely with other adults. They also met the Lord Provost.
It was a wonderful afternoon.

During the month of March, the staff at Fernielea are aiming to raise money for Cancer Research by walking 10,000 steps every day in March.
We would really like it if pupils, parents and families joined in too. The school have set up a Just Giving page linked directly to Cancer Research which means all money donated through the Just Giving page will go directly to the charity.
If you would like to join in, download the record sheet below and get walking.
